Longitudinal Evaluation of PEPE - Private Enterprise Programme Ethiopia
DFID, Ethiopia
The Agora team led the technical advisory component of this innovative 12-year evaluation which aimed to capture systemic change. It employed mixed methods including panel census surveys across four sectors, CGE modelling, and ethnographic methods.
