DEEPEN - Low Cost Private Sector Education Programme

The Agora team helped this programme, aimed at improving learning outcomes from low-cost private schools in Lagos, to define a clear results measurement system. Given the controversial nature of the programme, this results measurement system needed to provide robust evidence of impact for both the funder and the broader development community.
